ORDERING

Wholesale only. We accept orders via online. Miminum order amount is $50. Currently we do not offer sample orders.
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, we ship worldwide except some restricted countries imposed by the U.S. Government. Invoices do not include duties or other taxes.

Shipping

Shipping charge will be determined after the orders are placed completely. UPS is used whenever possible. However "Common Carrier" can be selected in special cases.
All orders received before 11:00AM(PST) will be shipped on the same day, all orders placed after will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday with be shipped the following business day. International orders also will be shipped as soon as the orders are confirmed.

We ship Monday through Friday. We don't ship on these holidays: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas.
Hawaii shipments may take an extra day due to time changes and Puerto Rico orders may be delayed 1 day due to customs.
You can click on UPS Worldwide Delivery Times to see how fast your orders will get to you. Use "Los Angeles" for city and "90058" for postal code as ORIGIN. You can review your order information and trace your order at MY ACCOUNT on our website.

RETURN

If you would like to make a claim regarding an order you received, please contact our customer service by calling (213) 749-7801 or sending an email to info@shopvanillabay.com.

All return & exchange orders must be notified within 10 DAYS of receipt for store credit only. Store credit will be issued after our Return/Exchange Department has received and inspected the returned items. ITEMS MUST BE UNOPENED AND INCLUDE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER'S PACKAGING (SUCH AS POLYBAGS, HANGERS, AND/OR TAGS). Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all original tags. Merchandise returned AFTER the 10 day return policy will result in a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be postmarked within 10 days after a return authorization has been approved. We will not issue a return authorization for damages and claims after indicated dates.

*ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE - THEY CAN NOT BE RETURNED.
*SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED AND HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#)
Once you notify us of your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Please add the Return Authorization Number on the return box before you ship it out. We highly recommend you to send your return via an insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred for delivery and exchanges, including rush charges.

To request a return authorization number on a damaged item, please contact us by emailing info@shopvanillabay.com. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR INVOICE NUMBER IN THE SUBJECT LINE and the following information in the email body:
